“We interrupt our normal programing..........” My apologies to those looking for the “normal” Road Warriors USA web site...... I have had to hijack “normal programing” to feature the search for a new place to hang my hat.........
**Update – October** 2009 has been a difficult year for almost everyone and especially for Pro Audio Industry as whole. Like many in our industry finding full time employment has been more than difficult during these difficult times. I am still seeking a position that will fit one or more of areas of strengths. These strengths being in Sales, Marketing and/or Applications Engineering.
With the current economic situation there is now a period of time on my resume of not having a single employer to reference. Logically one of the first questions I am asked is “What have you been working on?”
While I have not officially open a consulting business, I have working/consulting on numerous projects that range from building sales organizations, Internet web designs, SEO and social network improvements, installation designs and Marketing programs. I have as well been keeping close contact with any industry changes by attending InfoComm (in Orlando) and PLASA09 (in London).
While most of my consulting/projects are accomplished with NDA’s, one project I can comment on (since this project is nearing completion) is the $60 Million upgrade being done at the University of New Mexico’s “The Pit”. This project includes a complete audio system upgrade and score board improvements that I have been directly involved with. While probably the best fit would be something in the Pro Audio, Contractor or MI (Musical Instrument) arenas, I am as well ready to venture into something “Green” in the areas of wind or solar power........ the bottom line is either Sales or Marketing, “Ice cubes to folks in Alaska?” Yep I can do it........ *grin*
